The Habegger AL-A return pulleys are designed for cableway systems as well as lifting and pulling operations with wire ropes, ensuring high safety and maximum efficiency in load handling applications. Thanks to the side-opening flange system and the 4:1 safety factor, the rope can be inserted quickly while ensuring optimal management of pulling forces even under demanding working conditions.
The use of a return pulley allows the lifting capacity to be increased while maintaining the same pulling force, although the rope travel increases proportionally. The pulleys and anchor points must be dimensioned for the total system load.
