The LSW6 6T is an innovative long-distance cableway winch, designed to ensure efficiency and reliability thanks to a 6-cylinder combustion engine combined with a state-of-the-art hydraulic system.

Equipped with a mechanical device that ensures proper rope winding, it is mounted on a trailer to facilitate transportation between work sites. The frame houses the engine, hydraulic oil tank, fuel tank, and control electronics, which include an electrical control panel with integrated commands and a radio system.

For operations in hard-to-reach areas, the winch can be disassembled into lightweight parts and transported by helicopter to the desired location.

Its use is extremely flexible, as it can be operated both via the integrated electronic controls and by radio remote control, allowing the entire system to be operated remotely without the need for an on-site operator.

The onboard electronics allow for the configuration of loading and unloading positions, mast positions with corresponding acceleration and deceleration distances, and travel speed, enabling an almost fully autonomous operation.

When used with our cable cranes, the winch control can be integrated directly into the trolley’s remote control, allowing the operator to manage the entire system with a single device.

The trailer frame is hydraulically adjustable in height, allowing the wheels to be lifted and the sturdy support shield to be placed on the ground, ensuring stability once positioned.

As an optional feature, an auxiliary winch or counter-pull winch can be installed, enabling a closed-loop system, further expanding operational possibilities.
